{using a Quick-Link for a mini, super quick album}
{I used 5 items from the hardware store to create this yummy gift}
{one of my favorite finds, Gutter Guard Mesh!}
These are easy enough projects that you could gather your children for some craft-time and each of them could make their own Father's day card.
Breakfast in bed and handmade cards are a great way to start off the day, but the real highlight is dinner! It's always something special and this year is no exception. One perfectly prepared Rib-eye club steak to satisfy any man and some spicy sides; Mexican street corn-on-the-cob and red-hot onion rings!
Please visit the Studio 5 website for the recipes and instructions, but let me share my three secrets to a perfect steak with you now.
1. Room temperature steak (take it out a good hour before you're ready to cook.
2. High heat (cast iron is key here)
3. Rest & Relax (doesn't that sound heavenly for you AND the steak?)
One lucky reader is going get a helping hand for Father's day...the prize this month is the paper collection from My Mind's Eye and a few hardware store findings. You all had great guesses, so I ended up using the random number generator and the lucky number was 7! Congratulations Brooks!
Sue, your talents always amazing and impress. The projects are awesome, and that food looks amazing. I may not be a dude, but I totally want to dig in and eat some of that yum. :)
