This is our 5th Q's Creative Card Making cruise and our biggest adventure yet!

It's hard to believe that something that was 14 months in the planning is over!  It's hard to describe just how amazing a week it was.

Besides the beautiful waters, islands and ship, the highlight was and will always be the people.  I've know many of my students for over 8 years now, seeing them almost every month...you get to know people quite well.  The cruise takes it to a whole new level of fun!  Such great memories!

I will admit, I'm not a huge scrapbooker in the traditional sense, but I really love making themed keepsake albums.  I have a large basket I tuck them all into and I can spend hours looking through them all.

I always do a themed album for my cruises.  You'll give away cards, but you get to keep your album!  It's a great place to keep your favorite travel pics and journal your great memories!

This time, I went full-out on the cruise theme!  From this nautical paper line, great charms (as usual!), fun sentiments and lots of room for pics and journaling and a nice sturdy shaped 12 page album that measures 8" x 6 1/2" x 1 3/4" thick, approx.

I have a very limited stock on this album.  As well, each album is customizable.  Just tell me your port of calls and I'll create those for your album.

Q's Creative Classes: Vintage Santa Stocking & Cards

Christmas stockings are BIG at the Neal house. So many fun little things tucked inside!

The focal point is the printed Vintage Santa on Cotton Linen (frays so beautifully!), but many other fun details; jingle bell, pinecone pick, lots of ribbon, fabric flowers, metal charm, gold glitter balls and lots of button, because nothing says "Homespun" more than a button!

And for something completely different (from me), I printed a smaller version of the fabric Vintage Santa to make a trio of cards.  These all fit into the stocking if you want, stuff it with other things, or use for decor.  Would be pretty on a wreath too.

Besides basic supplies, you'll need a hot glue gun or fabric glue.  A white gel pen that can write on fabric and a clear glitter glue (Recommended: Diamond Stickles by Ranger).

Q's Creative Cards: WINTER WHITES Cards & Tags

 I've been dreaming of a White Christmas Card class!  

Something dreamy, pretty and Wintery, which seems appropriate because at this very moment it is starting to snow here in Utah!

I used my all-time favorite and frequent technique of negative silhouettes (see pics below for a better view).

As well as some sweet ornaments you can easily paste on a card base, or attach to a gift bag or box topper. 

TONS of sweet little details; pearls, glitter, domes, charms, bells, baby's breath, sequins and a fun new technique you'll want to do again and again!

Besides basic supplies, you'll need some fine clear glitter ( I love Martha Stewart), as well as some Glitter Glue (recommended...Diamond Stickles by Ranger).

It's hard to believe, despite the late nights and wee hours that I have time to post a little sneak peak of the classes I'll be teaching on board, but here they are!  TOO much crafty fun!
