New Location for American Fork Class

This Thursday's class (for Happy Family Album) and all future classes (until further notice) will be held at the American Fork Senior Center on Main Street.

Sadly Hobby Lobby double booked the room and I lost. :)

This location actually has more room and better hours.  Class will still start at 5:30pm this week.

The Senior center is easy to find.  Directly on Main street, just north of the Libary and next to Robinson Park.  However, the best parking is a little trickier.

You'll need to pull in the driveway just west of the Senior Center.  Drive to the back and park along the east fence.  You'll need to enter in the back entrance (downstairs).  I've included some pictures below.  There is wheelchair access, so if you need help, just call me and I'll meet you to help you in.

Here's a visual of the front of the Senior Center and then the two buildings that are on either side of the driveway that leads to parking.

Questions?  Just email me.  Thanks and see you on Thursday!

Q's Creative Card Class: Birthday Card File

Sorry, this kit is sold out.
_____________________
Introducing my next class/kit, after a little 'cruise' hiatus, I'm back with bold, bright, birthday joy!

I've been promising a birthday card class for awhile now and I'm happy to oblige with not just 3 new birthday card designs, but a card file to keep them all at arms length.

Keep this keepsake file handy so you'll never forget another birthday (well, we can hope can't we?)

Each file section is for gals, guys and kids, so there's something for everyone.

Lots of options with this class!
  • Purchase just the cards (2 ea. of 3 designs = 6 cards total) for $25
  • Purchase the card file and 1 ea. of 3 card designs for $25
  • Save $5 and buy the complete set; Card file & nine cards! $45
If you need kit shipped, be sure to add shipping from the drop-down menu.

Kits start shipping Sept. 3rd.
Envelopes are included.
Bonus: Remember all classes include digital elements & a step-by-step instructional/photo slide show.

In-class info:  In case you're wondering how all three options will work in the classroom...we will create 1 each of the cards first (about 1 hour) and then make the file the second hour.  If you purchased the "just cards" option, you can create your 2nd set of cards while we make the file.  If you purchases the "Whole Kit & Kaboodle" you'll make the last 6 cards at home).

Q's Creative Card Class: Countdown to Christmas

I've always been a fan of countdowns.  It heightens the anticipation and just makes everything that much more exciting!  This class features tags on each Christmas card.  So when you get home (with instructions and templates) you can create bundles of these sweet tags, just ready to pop on a little gift; for neighbors, teachers, co-workers, the mailman (mail lady in my case), really just about any one you'd like to spread Christmas joy to.
All my classes are pre-cut kits with only some basic supplied needed.  Good instructions and now, with all new classes, a slide-show with step by step photos.  Classes also include all digital elements (sentiments) so you can duplicate to your hearts delight!

Come join me at one of my 10 Utah classes, or order by mail.  Kits will ship Oct. 29th.  Please be sure to add shipping from the drop-down menu.

Q's Creative Card Class: Country Flair & Folds

I love state fairs...or any kind of fair for that matter.

The smell of kettle corn and funnel cakes, the noise, lights and bustle.  The rides, animals and art competitions.

This Americana paper collection from October Afternoon really inspired me to design these country themed cards.

And for a little twist...we'll learn four new folds to upgrade our card making skills.

Classes start this Wednesday (Oct. 3rd)!  Classes are pretty much sold out, but look below for a few spots in the evening.

I LOVE to papercraft, but I have to admit, there is something pretty special about coloring with Copics.

Paper crafting relaxes me, coloring with Copics renders me almost comatose!

Nothing in the world exists except coloring within those lines...blending to perfection, then sitting back and admiring how those images have just come to life under my patience and reading glasses :).
