My favorite way to use my scraps is to paper piece, just like quilters do. Choose your canvas (in this case a gift bag) and start piecing together your scraps. Have fun with textures, patterns and colors. To top it off, stitch the edges for a homespun look.
Here I've used small squares of paper to punch out flowers, layer and pop!
In our home, making Turkey Noodle soup is as much tradition as the actual Thanksgiving dinner. It's such a nice thing to have around over the weekend for a light dinner or quick lunch.
