Q's Creative Kits: FARMHOUSE Cards

Farmhouse Card kit is my ode to that sweet, simple country Farmhouse style that so many are enjoying in their homes these days.  We may miss the Gaines 'Fixer Upper' home renovations, but who needs a home, when you have a card!  Much faster and less $! :)

Designed around white (quintessentially Farmhouse) shiplap paper, I added more natural pattern papers; wood-grain & honeycomb, chicken wire with a touch of blue gingham to brighten things up.

Honey bees, Sunflowers, twigs, eucalyptus leaves, corkscrew willow branches and OH MY, I'm SO excited to share with you my very own COTTON BUD tutorial!  I really wanted to make these from cotton (NOT paper).  After much trial and error I came up with a simple way to create some pretty realistic looking cotton buds.

Lastly, no Farmhouse card kit would be complete without a sliding farm door card!  You'll definitely need 1/8" foam strips for that card.  If you don't want to buy some, let me know and I'll be sure to put 2 strips in for that card.
